In-Office Site Specific OSHA Mock Walk-thru

· Conduct hazard assessment
· Advise corrective action
· Check list for your site specific records
Fee for this service is $200.00
OSHA & HIPAA Forms
· Utilizes your existing manuals
· Design and implement the required policies and forms to be specific to your site
The fee for this service is $500.00
In-Office Team Training
- · Choose from available modules to fit your team’s needs
· Choose either 4 hours or 8 hours - · Enjoy the convenience of training at your office!
· One fee per office – not per person - 8 Hr CE credit approved by the TN BOD available when all available modules of the course are completed. CE will not apply with 4 Hr training.
- The fee for the 4 hour session is $400.00
- The fee for the 8 hour session is $700.00
Study Clubs:
OSHA & HIPAA Meeting Chemical Dependency & Prescription Writing
- · Certificate of Attendance
· 3 Hour Continuing Education Credit – OSHA/HIPAA - 1 Hour Chemical Dependency & Prescription Writing
CE hours approved by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry
