OSHA Compliance Review Course
The OSHA Compliance Review course satisfies the OSHA requirement for annual training for dental offices. During this 2-hour CE Approved course, the required sections of General Duty Clause, Bloodborne Pathogen Standard, Hazard Communication Standard, Emergency Action Plan, and Workplace Violence are covered. Content is derived from guidance from the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard and Hazard Communication Standard, and the ADA Practical Guide to OSHA Training.

HIPPA Compliance Course
This course is a HIPAA Compliance Review which will satisfy annual training for dental offices. During this 1-hour CE Approved course, the required sections of the Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Breach Notification Rule are covered. Content is derived from guidance from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS and OCR), and the ADA Practical Guide to HIPAA Training.

Chemical Dependency & Prescription Writing
This course includes information relevant to the current Substance Abuse Crisis in Tennessee and outlines the Tennessee Board of Dentistry (TNBOD) Minimum Opioid Prescribing Guidelines, which will satisfy the Continuing Education requirement for Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants. During this 1-hour CE Approved course, attendees will learn about chemical dependence, drugs of abuse, national and state trends, TNBOD Policy and Guidelines, substance abuse in the workplace, and available resources. Course content is derived from guidance from the US Department of Health and Human Services, the DEA Resource Guide, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Tennessee Department of Health, and the US Department of Labor.
2 Hour CE approved by the TN Board of Dentistry awarded upon completion of course
