This 8-hour CE Approved course teaches front office team members that are either new to the dental field or new to the front office position, the skills necessary to feel confident in their role as a part of the Front Office Team. You’ll learn phone & communication skills, scheduling, insurance, reports, and everything in between!

Chemical Dependency & Prescription Writing Guidelines
This 2-hour CE Approved course includes information relevant to the current Substance Abuse Crisis in Tennessee and outlines the Tennessee Board of Dentistry (TNBOD) Minimum Opioid Prescribing Guidelines, which will satisfy the Continuing Education requirement for Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants.

Communication and Insurance Essentials for Dental Teams – COMING SOON!
During this 4-hour course, attendees will learn phone skills, communication skills, treatment acceptance methods, insurance filing and posting procedures, accounts receivable procedures, accounts payable procedures, and daily/weekly/monthly reports that are relevant to the front office position.
